• Ensure you select the same quantity of tests to match the number of tags purchased; otherwise, NMR will bill you directly.
• You will receive one form per 10 samples and one addressed envelope.
• Please note that the selected tag is for BVD testing only and is NOT a DNA sampling tag.

*Important: When posting your test samples, take your envelopes to the Post Office to ensure they are weighed, and the correct postage is applied. A first-class stamp is not sufficient and may result in non-delivery or delays.
